NYS PISTOL PERMIT CLASS (16 + 2)

This course is required for new Pistol Permit Applicants and anyone who wants their restrictions removed on their current New York State Pistol Permit.

Sunday, June 7 and Sunday June 14, 2026 (must attend both days)

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM each day

Registration ends Thursday, June 4, 2026.

HRGC Member Price $150; Non-Member Price: $200

Registration required; walk-ins not accepted.

Sunday August 9:  NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course

Saturday August 15 and Sunday Aug 16:  NRA Instructor Rifle Shooting Course **

Sunday September 20:  NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting - Instructor Led Only

Saturday September 26 and Sunday September 27:  NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course **

You may register for a “Basic” Course only. 

** Instructor Courses:  you must complete the applicable “Basic” Course first and must attend both days of the Instructor Course.
