2022 DEC CAMP IS ON! DEC is planning to celebrate the Summer Camps' 75th Anniversary this summer with an in-person program - registration for the 2022 Camp Season opens on March 6, 2022. DEC camps combine environmental education, hunter education programs, and outdoor recreation into an adventurous experience. The camp uses a fun, hands-on approach to teach about the environment. Campers will have the opportunity to learn outdoor skills including backpacking, camping, and canoeing. Firsthand experiences in the outdoors have inspired many campers with a life-long passion for nature and a dedication to stewardship of our natural resources. Do you know of a youth from 11-17 that would be interested? Contact the club for more information or visit he DEC website or Facebook page for more information https://www.dec.ny.gov/education/29.html |
